BARRETT JACKSON – NORTHEAST
The second annual Barrett Jackson Northeast proved its popularity across North America once again as the Mohegan Sun venue was completely sold out. The auction offers something for everyone, with all brands represented. The Connecticut event has been in such great demand in only it second year, the Barrett Jackson Team added a forth day to the event.
Top money on Friday went to Lot #352, a 1947 Indian Chief with sidecar. The hammer price of $100,000 will surly be topped early and often on Saturday with the premium line-up in all the Barrett Jackson staging lanes.
Lot #347, a 1933 Diamond T, looked spectacular crossing the block and hammering down a final sale price of $16,500. Lot #395, a 1965 Shelby Cobra Re-Creation stunned the compacity crowd as it approached the block and sold for $58,300.
Jordan Vocational School were the recipients of $65,000 for their hard work on Lot #3001, a 1996 Ford Mustang. Barrett Jackson continues its great charity work by waiving all fees and including free delivery for the winner.
